Shipping & Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund your items on presentation of a valid receipt.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is the later) and be in perfect condition in their original packaging.

Your right to an exchange of faulty/damaged items has a return period greater than 60 days in accordance with your statutory rights.

Perishable goods (including any food products and or goods that have an expiry date) will not be eligible for exchange or refund unless such goods are damaged, supplied incorrectly or sold not as described.

We will refund to your original payment method.

Izbushka gift cards are not refundable.

Please note:

1. If you wish to return an item, unless you have lost your right to withdraw because you have taken the goods out of their sealed package, you must send them back to the Izbushka return address at your own cost and risk, unless the goods were supplied faulty or damaged.

2. For the return of high-value goods, we do recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
